Delivery & Pickup Guidelines
We offer two convenient ways to receive your orders: Home Delivery and Local Pickup. Choose the option that works best for you during checkout.
📦 Local Pickup
Prefer to collect your order in person? Choose our convenient local pickup option.
How It Works:
- Select Local Pickup – During checkout, choose “Local Pickup” as your delivery method
- Place Your Order – Complete your order as usual
- Receive Pickup Code – Immediately after ordering, you’ll receive a unique pickup code on the thank you page and via email
- Wait for Ready Notification – We’ll prepare your order and send an email when it’s ready for pickup
- Visit Our Store – Come to our physical location during business hours(Everyday from 6:30am to 9:30pm)
- Present Your Code – Show your pickup code to our staff
- Collect Your Order – Receive your order and enjoy!
Pickup Process:
- ✅ Order placed → You receive pickup code immediately
- ✅ Order prepared → You receive “Ready for Pickup” email
- ✅ You visit store → Present your pickup code
- ✅ Staff confirms pickup → You receive confirmation email
🚚 Home Delivery
Get your orders delivered right to your doorstep with our reliable home delivery service.
How It Works:
- Select Home Delivery – During checkout, choose “Home Delivery” as your delivery method
- Choose Your Location – Select your delivery area from our predefined zones.
- Provide Exact Location – Tell us your exact location, landmark or famous building near you
- Share Google Maps Pin (Optional) – Paste a Google Maps link or coordinates for precise navigation
- Review Delivery Fee – A delivery fee based on your selected zone will be added to your cart
- Complete Order – Place your order and wait for delivery
- Receive Confirmation – You’ll get an email when your order is out for delivery
- Delivery Notification – You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been delivered

❓ How do I get my pickup code?
Your pickup code is generated immediately after you place your order. You can find it on the order confirmation page once you pay and in your order confirmation email.
❓ What happens if I lose my pickup code?
Don’t worry! You can find your pickup code in your order confirmation email. You can also contact our customer support with your order number to retrieve it.
❓ Can I change my delivery method after placing an order?
Please contact our customer support as soon as possible. Changes are possible.
❓ Do I need to provide a Google Maps link for home delivery?
It’s optional but highly recommended as it helps our delivery drivers find your exact location faster and more accurately.
❓ How will I know when my pickup order is ready?
We will send you a “Ready for Pickup” email as soon as your order is prepared.
❓ What are your store hours for pickup?
Our pickup hours are Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM – 9:30 PM.
❓ Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! Just share your pickup code with the person collecting your order. They will need to present the code to our staff.
