- Provide your order number and the reason for return
- You will receive instructions on how to return the item
- For home delivery orders, our delivery team may collect the item during their next scheduled route in your area
- For pickup orders, you can return the item directly to our store during business hours
- The item must be returned within 3 days of your return request being approved
3. 💰 Refunds
a. Approval Process
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used at checkout. This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days to reflect in your account.
b. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted, such as when:
- The item is not returned in its original condition, or is partially consumed (for food items)
- The return is requested beyond the allowed return window of 3 days
- Only part of a multi-item order is being returned
c. Non-Refundable Items

If your item arrives damaged, spoiled, or is defective, please contact Beeston Delight Supermarkets within 3 days of receiving your order. Be prepared to provide:

- Photos of the damaged or spoiled item
- A brief description of the issue
For damaged, spoiled, or defective products:
- Beeston Delight Supermarkets will cover any return shipping costs
- We will arrange for a replacement delivery at no additional cost
- You can also request a full refund or store credit
- For spoiled fresh goods, we may offer an immediate refund without requiring a return
6. 📦 Return Shipping & Collection
After contacting Beeston Delight Supermarkets customer support and receiving return instructions:
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible)
- For home delivery returns, our delivery team will collect the item during their next scheduled route in your area (typically within 1-2 business days)
- For pickup orders, you may return the item directly to our store
- We recommend keeping your return tracking information if shipping independently
Beeston Delight Supermarkets is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping if you choose to ship independently. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
Unless the item was defective, spoiled, incorrect, or damaged during delivery, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
7. 🎁 Store Credit
Instead of a cash refund, you may request store credit for future purchases at Beeston Delight Supermarkets. Store credit:
- Never expires
- Can be used for both home delivery and local pickup orders
- Can be applied to any products in our store
- Is issued within 24 hours of return approval
To request store credit instead of a refund, simply mention this when contacting our customer support team.
